WTNV Headcanons

just trying to doodle up my welcome to night vale headcanons

it's so hard when it's only Cecil's voice (and one time Carlos') and like I see everyone else's headcanons and I dont want to steal them but I like them and just ktgkhgkaghak

it's mostly for Cecil since Carlos is kinda the only normal person so for my Cecil:
- white, dirty blonde, purple eyes, third eye on forehead, tattoos that move and change shape, fangs, claws when angry, eyes turn all purple and glow when angry (like when he talks about STEVE CARLSBURG)
